This Event is a 21 and over event. This Event is a 21 and over event. You will be asked to leave if are found being under the age of 21. Random checks will occur. Children 12 and under can attend when accompanied by their parents.

Show closes at 6pm for non-camping attendees. If you're not in possession of a camping wristband; We ask that you please leave by close of day, which is 6pm. Security will be monitoring this, so please follow the rules.

Event is for European Cars only. Only European cars allowed on the show field.

Non-Euro Cars and Spectators are required to park on the road.

Illegal Drugs are absolutely not permitted on the show grounds, camping areas, or adjacent areas to the show. If you can't use it in Colorado, DON'T BRING IT HERE.

Weapons, Guns, Knives, Box cutters, Fireworks NOT permitted. Don't bring these items. Pretty standard event etiquette....

Dirt Bikes, quads, pocket bikes, trikes, and other motorized vehicles are not permitted. Please don't bring them, or use them. Mixing in alcohol usage makes the event a bit different, so please follow the simple rules, and have a great time.

Eazy Ups, Canopy's, Temporary Structures are not permitted during windy weather. Use of such items is at your own risk. If your canopy takes to flight and damages other peoples property, vehicles, or causes bodily injury, an insurance claim on your policy will be filed, not the event host, nor its insurance carrier.

You agree to hold 40s, its promoters, and staff harmless in the event your vehicle is damaged in any way as a result of driving in the field. If you can't figure out how to slowly and safely navigate the uneven surface, please don't attend.

ENGINES OFF after Dusk. Vehicles remain stationary after Dusk per town requirements and neighborhood input allowing the show to happen. No IDLING engines at night and no running lights, headlights, etc shining all over the neighborhood.

No Burnouts, Donuts, or reckless behavior. Riding on roofs of cars, and the such are not permitted. Please keep in mind 40s is your show, keep it safe, and we can continue to hold it.

Bad attitudes, fist fights, and general poor behavior Will be met with an Uber ride of your choice out of the show and at your expense. Assault is illegal, dangerous, and can threaten the existence of the show if the promoters are left to deal with the consequences. If you can't resist the urge to throw hands for one evening, just don't come to the show. It's about being chill and relaxing with friends, not fighting and causing others to feel uncomfortable. Thank you.

DRUNK DRIVING out of 40s is dangerous and illegal. This threatens the foundation of the show, and makes no sense when CAMPING is free and readily available to all who want to kick back and have a great time, and be responsible adults. Please be aware that the town of Olive Police, County Sheriffs Dept, NY State Police, and the Department of Environmental Protection Police for NYC water supply all will be patrolling heavily. You will NOT make it out of town if you are plan on driving drunk. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

GLASS clean up all glass promptly after awards ceremony. Broken glass is dangerous. Many events don't allow it, however we know that you will help us clean up before dusk. LOOK OUT FOR trucks coming around for bottle clean up and help them out. Many hands make for light work.

NO TENT CAMPING in show field!!!! It's intuitive, but has to be explained every year that laying on the ground, with a piece of fabric between you and a 4000 pound car is not safe, smart, or necessary. There is no driving in the camping area period... Unload your items and walk them to your campsite... DO NOT DRIVE your car to the camp site. IF YOU DECIDE THAT STEAMING UP YOUR CAR AND SLEEPING IN A RECARO IS FOR YOU, THAT IS FINE, HOWEVER, YOU CAN'T IDLE YOUR RIDE ALL NIGHT TO KEEP WARM. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED, AND CAN CAUSE CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING, FIRE, OVERHEATING CARS, AND DEATH. All vehicles are to remain parked, engines off, and lights off during the dark hours. Thank you.

NO CARS in the camping area. Designated Tent Camping areas will be forbidden to drive motor vehicles in.

NO Campfires. Property owners are not interested in multiple campfire pits. Enjoy our giant bonfire near the night theater please.

DOGS ARE WELCOME if Leashed only. No exceptions. Bring proper equipment to clean up after them as well. While its best to leave them home, we understand if you have no other option. Don't bring a dog that is known to dislike loud noises, large crowds, not trained around expensive cars/paint jobs or unfamiliar people. Thank you.

TREAT THE SHOW LIKE ITS YOUR OWN. The whole show format is not common. It relies solely on the proper behavior, moral aptitude, and common decency of the guests. For lack of better words, This is your show! Treat it like you are hosting it. Have my back, like it was your own. You know right and wrong, and you have the authority to speak up and straighten a dangerous situation out. Without proper guidance the show cannot continue in the way it has become known for. Treat this special event with care, and it will be here for you in the years to come. Thank you.

Please refrain from the use of two step launch control during your visit. This keeps towns people happy. Sound off for regular exhaust noise will be held as usual around 2pm.

You must bring a valid negative Covid-19 test taken within 5 days prior to the show date. Please you must provide a printed copy.
You must also wear a mask within 6 feet others.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

1. In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the 40’s
in a Bag event, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to
sue Aaron Smith, Lil Dusty Eurowerks LLC, 40’s in a Bag, their officers,
agents, servants, volunteers and/or employees (hereinafter referred to
as Releasees) from or for any and all liability, claims, demands,
actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any
loss, damage or injury, including death that may be sustained by me, or
any of the property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence
of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or
while in, on, or upon the premises where the activity is being
conducted.

2. I am fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with
this activity. I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said
activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to me
and/or my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any
risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that
may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage of property owned by me,
as a result of being engaged in such activity, whether caused by the
negligence of release or otherwise.

3. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any
loss liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney
fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity,
whether caused by negligence of releases or otherwise.

4. It is my express intent that this waiver of Liability and Hold
Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I
am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am
deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and
covenant not to sue the above mentioned Releasees. I hereby further
agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

5. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have read
the foregoing Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement,
understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no
oral representation, statements, or inducements, apart from the
foregoing written agreement have been made; I am at least eighteen (18)
years of age, and/or am the parent of legal guardian of the individual
participating in the event, am fully competent and I execute this
Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to
be bound by same.
